The sunshine may have stopped in Voorschoten, but the Benjis kept rolling on.

Despite the damp weather, BSN one and two, carried on their good early season form. In eight matches on Saturday, the two Benjis teams recorded seven wins and one draw against teams from DIOK, HRC and the Bassets.

Captained by Leyla and Milly, the BSN teams ran in the tries, while keeping a tight defence conceding more than a try in only two of their matches. At the heart of the action, Moritz and Cammy put in the lion’s share of tackles to break up the oppositions play and take away the Man of the Match medals.
